Your privacy.

XSCAPES saves the contact information, guest preferences, emergency contact and reservation acknowledgments that you provide to arrange your experience. Community and leadership forms save your submitted interests for review by the XSCAPES team.

Your private reservation link and a secure browser session let you access your own requests. Anyone with your private link can open that reservation; keep it private. XSCAPES administrators can review submissions and retained waiver copies through a separate private administrator site.

Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout. The payment amount, reservation reference, your email and a fingerprint matching your saved waiver are shared with Stripe. XSCAPES stores your submissions and payment record in Netlify. After verified payment, Resend sends your reservation email with the completed waiver PDF containing your legal name, acknowledgment date, submission timestamp and reservation reference. No advertising analytics have been added.
